    I am so sorry for your negative experience! I recently moved across the country and, by accident, turned off the ‘vacation mode’ setting (which temporarily closes my shop) amid the moving chaos. This was unacceptable customer service, and we guarantee it will never happen again. I have fully refunded your order and provided a special 20% off lifetime discount code via direct message.
